Cereal biscuits in the tray

Paalubikut, that's what I call the wheat cereals biscuits that I have with milk & a bit of sugar for my breakfast every day. :) It is my favourite breakfast and have it every single day. It is tasty & healthy. It helps me with my digestion & bowel movement too. I love to eat only the powder of the biscuits too. :)

I took these pictures today morning when nana was warming the milk for my breakfast. :)

My Indica car on top of nana's computer table

I love cars a lot!!!! I could tell the names of all the small cars in India by the time I was 2.5 years. I have lotssss of them in my "butti" (basket). Nana got me this above one when I asked him to get me an Indica. I know its not Indica, but thats pretty close, so its ok. :)

My "butti"

Below are pictures I took inside an actual Indica - nana's car, black Indica - while we were waiting for Shaliamma in front of Jayanagar 7th Block Foodworld. :)

One of the characters in the British cartoon show "Noddy"

I love to watch Noddy a lot! Nana has got me a Noddy car because I love cars too. :D Noddy also has an aeroplane and theres a blue train in it too that goes koo koo koo! There is also a house which has got a train placed above it! Theres a teddy bear with a hat that's got a flower in it and next to it is a doggie. :)

I was watching Noddy on Shaliamma's (that's how I call my mom) laptop when I took this photo. Over DVD player was out for repair and nana would not let me watch Noddy on his laptop as he was working on it.

My pink chinese make train that goes chuk chuk chuk chuk ...

I love trains!!! I love the travel. I always look forward very eagerly to the journey to Chennai & back to Bangalore on the Shatabdi. Do you know that if we go in the reverse, we reach Chennai & if we go forward we reach Bangalore?

Hello! Say Cheese!

Yes, that's me, Om Shreshti, clicking my own pic in my mom's dressing mirror. :D

Hello all. I am Om Shreshti & this is my photoblog setup for showcasing the pictures that I have clicked.

I love to click pictures and am encouraged to do so. I come up with crazy ideas for the shots & sometimes I take them stealthily too. ;)

The idea of the above shot was all mine! My nana (that's how I call my dad) GIMPed it a bit to make it more presentable. :) Basically some cropping, brightness-contrast adjustment and then a couple of filters (clothify & border).

Above picture was taken, as can be seen, in a Sony Ericsson K750i that nana uses. It was taken on 8th August 2008.

Nana will keep posting my pictures & writing the text and responding to you all till I learn how to do so by myself. So keep checking & please drop in your comments to keep this photoblog going. :)

That's me & nana, clicked with help of nana, when we were going by Shatabdi train to Chennai on May 17th 2008.

Om's window to the world

Om, standing by the window in our bedroom and watching the world outside.

Om has been taking pictures since a long time, but they used to be, you know, shaky, dark, blurred, out of focus, etc. Of late however, in the past ~6 months, he seems to have grasped the basic concept that what ever is visible on the screen gets captured.

He takes a picture & then immediately has to see if it was what he wanted to capture. I get a feeling that this is how he wants to cross check the way he sees his world & freeze it.

He also likes a lot to pose for the camera. In this blog, I will also put up a few pictures that he has posed in. Like the above one. Yes, it was a pose, not a candid shot! :)

I have been asked to blog his pics before, but never got around to do it.

Inspired by a news article about a 8 year old blogger Shreya, who is the daughter of a couple working in Cognizant, I got the final impetus to create this photo blog.

I will be posting on behalf of Om, but the pictures will all be the ones clicked by him, unless otherwise stated.

Om the lazy worm!
